KASE to hold seminar for brokers within People's IPO Program
ASTANA. July 25. KAZINFORM The Kazakhstan Stock Exchange will hold a seminar on technical issues of innovations introduced in the exchange market for brokers within the People's IPO Program, the press service of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange said to PM.kz website.
"Presently, we prepare the seminar for brokers on technical issues of innovations introduced in the exchange market for brokers within the implementation of the People's IPO Program. The event will take place in late July," the statement reads.
It should be noted that the exchange market is actively interacting with issuers of the market and the other representatives of the professional financial community within the preparation process for launching the Program.
Workshops and meetings on different problematic issues of this sphere are held on the regular basis. Due to development and introduction of new instruments, technologies and documents, explanation and information meetings are organized for issuers and professional participants.
"Presently, the website of the KASE is one of the most popular information resources in the financial sphere, therefore the information support for the issuers will be actual and have quite wide coverage," the statement reads.
Besides, since 2010 the practice of rendering special information support to companies that would place their shares in the market has been employed. The listing rules of the market provided for this information support.
As is known, the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange will be conducting technical work on receiving applications and forming a book of applications for the purchase of shares within the People's IPO Program. The stock market will also send the information about the concluded in the trade system of the market deals to the Central Information Depository. Besides, the KASE renders information support for investors and issuers.
