KAZINFORM Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kazakhstan to Turkey Zhanseit Tuimebayev met with Lokman Ozden, Mayor of the Administration of Cubuk district, Ankara. L. Ozden praised Kazakhstan's success that was reached over the years of independence under the leadership of President Nursultan Nazarbayev. He said Turkey is ready to develop relations with Kazakhstan, particularly in the cultural and humanitarian area. The Head of Administration informed about the features of the Cubuk district, which has a rich history originating from the 16th century. He told about cultural and humanitarian activities in Cubuk, including festivals, conferences, etc. L. Ozden proposed to hold a joint conference on the 20th anniversary of the Kazakh-Turkish relations, as well as to organize the opening of the park named after President Nursultan Nazarbayev, who is highly respected in Turkey. Simultaneously, the Mayor proposed to consider the establishment of friendly relations with one of the districts of major cities of Kazakhstan. |
