ASTANA. May 31. KAZINFORM President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev put forward an initiative to set up a special commission under the Religious Leaders Council to develop recommendations on overcoming global problems.

"We need to create a special commission under the Religious Leaders Council that would develop recommendations for the UN, concerned stakeholders and states on overcoming the global problems and lowering the conflicts level," Nursultan Nazarbayev said at the closing ceremony of the 4^th World and Traditional Religions Leaders Congress at the Palace of Peace and Accord in Astana.

"It is important to disseminate the experience of our congress at the level of countries and regions with ethnic diversity and high potential for conflicts as we see it in different spots of our planet," President Nazarbayev noted.
