ALMATY. March 11. KAZINFORM. A delegation of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of France visited the K. Satpayev Kazakh National Technical University.

"This visit will give an impetus to Kazakhstan-French cooperation development between our countries, the foundation of which was laid several years ago," KazNTU Rector  Z. Adylov said.

The delegation visited Kazakh-French Educational Center in the sphere of energy, electrical engineering and maintenance of automated systems - Schneider Electric, a structural department of the KazNTU.  It is one of the results of the Cooperation Agreement between Kazakhstan and France signed on October 6, 2009. They also surveyed the joint scientific training center "GeoEnergy", built pursuant to the Memorandum of the Kazakh-French cooperation.

The visit of the delegation, led by Plenipotentiary Minister of Foreign and European Affairs of France, is a part of strategic partnership, initiated by the Presidents of Kazakhstan and France.
