KAZINFORM Kazakh Agency for Construction and Housing and Utilities Infrastructure is planning to build 2 thousand apartments for young families in 2014, Chairman of the Agency Serik Nokin said at the Government's meeting while introducing the draft program "Affordable Housing 2020." The program envisages annual construction of 3 thousand flats for young families beginning from 2015. To get such housing the young families will be required to provide a fee equal to 5 times the monthly fee, which is quite acceptable for young people. For example, to get a one-room flat the guarantee fee will be KZT 101 thousand, two-room flat - KZT 122 thousand, three-room flat - KZT 146 thousand. Tags: Government of Kazakhstan , Housing |
