Customs Union promotes effectiveness of economic interaction

URALSK. July 31. KAZINFORM /Yelzhan Yeraly/ Amendments to the Customs Code of the CU were discussed at the session of the public advisory board held together with the customs control department of West Kazakhstan region and the regional office of "Nur Otan" Party.

A month has passed since the Customs Code of the Customs Union of Kazakhstan, Russia and Belarus entered into force. In accordance with the Code, the customs clearance of goods and vehicles between three countries was abolished. This allowed increasing effectivess of their economic cooperation.

Specialists of the customs control department explained amendments to the Customs Code and answered questions of entrepreneurs participated in the sitting. Deputy Governor of the region Berik Tolymabayev and Deputy Chairman of "Nur Otan" Party's regional office Abat Shynybekov took the floor at the session as well.
