ASTANA-AKORDA. July 14. KAZINFORM By Decree of the Head of the State Issabayev Beibit Oximbayevich has been appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Kyrgyz Republic.

Ospanov Bakyt Sagyndykovich has been relieved of the post of Kazakhstan Ambassador to Kyrgyzstan in connection with transition to another position, Kazinform reports citing the Presidential press service.
