ALMATY. July 14. KAZINFORM /Daniyar sikhimbayev/ - Today in Almaty the home investors of the KazCommertceEngineering LLP and  Dossor Development appealed to the President  to return the criminal case against the administration of the companies for further inquiry by the National Security Committee.

KazCommertceEngineering performed construction of the Elysian Fields cottage town; Dossor Development  was constructing the Yelim-Ay residential complex. The overall amount of the funds invested by home owners exceeded KZT 16.6 billion, KZT 5 million of which were bank loans.

According to the home owners, some of the shareholders of the companies were not brought to justice.

In this regard the home investors address to the President with a request to make certain individuals liable and arrest their material and financial property to return them to the deceived home owners.
