ASTANA. July 2. KAZINFORM /Kurmat Samarkhan/ -  One of the priorities is protection of legal right and interests of national workers, Nurdaulet Suindikov, official representative of the Prosecutor General's Office said today at the briefing in Astana.

According to Nurdaulet Suindikov , the inspections keep showing continuing facts of employment of foreign manpower,  without supplying the need for manpower in the local labor market, thus infringing the legislative requirements. «There have been cases of overstatement of qualification requirements for Kazakhstani citizens, giving the jobs to less qualified foreigners», -he said.

As a result of inspections of foreign companies operating in Kazakhstan conducted by the public prosecution agency 589 licenses for employment of  680 foreign workers were recalled, 227 licenses for employment of 347 foreigners have been cancelled, Suindikov informed.
